Me ..I am not doing a 10 K or even a 5 K..

I can barely walk..let alone for any distance. I ride my bike...and do the recumbent bike as well..and very thankful for them. Normally doing 6 miles a day total.
My goal is to accomplish a 5 K..but I have to begin with doing the Leslie Samson (?) walk DVD..just starting with a mile. I will do that tonight..I want to shout..NO I WON"T..but if I post it..I will have to..So..off to do the one miler....Yikes plans changed..can't do it tonight..but have an appointment to do it tomorrow after noon.

    You can DO it... start slow...push only as hard as you can..... put keep on keeping on... you can do this!!!
