First week in the books and I made some good progress with the goals I set last week!
~Not only did I create a nutrition and fitness plan for the remainder of June, but July and August as well! Created the June vision board and started on one for July!
~I started using the tracker again, but skipping meals was an issue due to lack of time, so that needs work this coming week!
~Made some progress with reclaiming the workout space...still more to do, but it didn't give me an excuse! I just got creative and used the kitchen! lol
~The scale was showing a 2 pound loss up until Monday, but today I only saw a 1.4 drop! No complaints...that just means the rest of the loss is ready to reappear with a couple more pounds this week!
Goals for week 2...
~Pre plan meals in advance so there's no chance to skip them
~Get back to having freggies at each meal (6x day)
~Finish clearing the workout space
~Do a pantry overhaul so things are ogranized and easy to see!
~See a 2 pound loss next Wednesday! May be an ambitious goal, but only good things come from setting your sights high!
Onward and Downward...prowling into week 2!
