Quick update

I got my run in today, but still had to take two walking breaks, so I will stick with the 2.1 mile distance for another day or two. I completed my run in 18 minutes again, so I set a pretty good pace. Now I just need to be able to run the whole thing. I am feeling pretty good about my progress though. I still have over 2 weeks of training time before the 5k.

I didn't get to go paddling again tonight, as my brother didn't make it back from Buffalo yet. That is okay, like I said, I ran, and I walked the dog about 12 miles, plus I did a little ST today. (A very little bit, but I did some, so it counts.)

Not feeling very inspired tonight... it was just a nice, low key sort of day.

    I'm looking forward to the race. I can assure you, I will not be running a 9 minute/mile pace. LOL.
