Today was a good day, I did have a few emotional/stressful moments, but otherwise it was good. Today I did my running but I think I missed one of my 60 second runs due to the people mowing the lawn, but I made more progress than the last time I ran. I am sticking closer to my calorie intake and only went over by 55 calories. It is hard with a husband that likes to eat high calorie foods all the time. I just need to think moderation...moderation...mode
