I had been doing so well then I got sick and I went to work today, forgot to pack a lunch, ate out, and I feel uncomfortable. I know I don't like to eat out. Why did I forget? Dumb bear syndrome. Even though I'm within range on calories, I feel like a slug. On paper it all looks good: drank water (ok), had three shrimp tacos (corn tortillas, not fried.) But, I feel like garbage. emoticon I had homemade coconut rice for breakfast. I feel good about that.

Back on the band wagon tomorrow!!

I took a rest day. Yesterday I felt really ill still. I did workout yesterday but I just wasn't ready for it today. I did work all day though, I'm pleased with myself for that.

    Good work - you know your goals and what you need to do to accomplish them. You will feel better in no time by getting back on track with your nice homemade healthy eating. I normally cook for myself as well but I had to eat out for lunch today too - shwrama date with my hubby. This is a GIANT mid eastern sandwich with shaved chicken (beef or lamb also), hummus, lettuce, yogurt sauce, hot sauce, tomatoes and a huge, delicious, fluffy pita type bread. I ate mine with a fork and reminded myself that last time I ate the bread I felt pretty sick, so, even though I wanted it I held back on the bread.

We can do this! Let's just dust ourselves off, and, as oceanluvr says, get right back in the saddle again!
