I had been doing so well then I got sick and I went to work today, forgot to pack a lunch, ate out, and I feel uncomfortable. I know I don't like to eat out. Why did I forget? Dumb bear syndrome. Even though I'm within range on calories, I feel like a slug. On paper it all looks good: drank water (ok), had three shrimp tacos (corn tortillas, not fried.) But, I feel like garbage.
I had homemade coconut rice for breakfast. I feel good about that.
Back on the band wagon tomorrow!!
I took a rest day. Yesterday I felt really ill still. I did workout yesterday but I just wasn't ready for it today. I did work all day though, I'm pleased with myself for that.
