And I feel so good about it, really improves my mood which often needs a lift in the afternoon -- I work out in the afternoon, have found it works better. I see real progress in the strength of the muscles and in my stamina, being able to last longer.
Alas, not change to weight or measurements. But I'm taking success where I find it. And anyway, I already knew that exercising makes no difference to my weight, that it's all how much I eat.
