It's muggy and gross here in the Chicago area, and we are all sitting tight waiting for a major storm to hit later this afternoon. I'm trying to hold off on running the A/C as long as possible (and enjoying low utility bills for a little bit). I have fans going, and I know the temp is going to drop later when the storm knocks out all the humidity, but right now I'm hot and sticky and gross. Doing the 30 DS in a really hot room is yucky. I'm soaked.

My goal this summer is to get in a minimum of 60 minutes of exercise each day, with strength training and ten miles of walking per week. So far, not so great, though. I'm still getting over my little virus, and the weather has not been cooperating. But I did get the Dude to go for a 2 mile walk with me (only once so far, but we'll see how that improves).

Shower. I may just stay in there for the rest of the afternoon.

    Sounds like a great plan! Maybe break the minutes up so you can still get the 60 minutes in?
