I guess it's to be expected for a while?...

Today is another day of feeling blah. I am having an issue with a kidney stone. My husband gets them chronically. So I have watched the pain he has gone through, well now I am feeling it myself first hand. Not pleasant.

I titled this entry the way I did because I guess when we start a new lifestyle and make changes to become healthier after being somewhat lax for a long time the body takes a bit to adjust and can still be sluggish for a little while.

Pain also plays a factor in the way our body acts. So I am really hoping tomorrow is a much more active day. Not such a sluggish one.

I did manage to finish rolling some really cute paper beads. I am calling them fire crackers, and when they have been properly sealed and poly coated I am going to make some really cute earrings out of them. I'll post them here to show you guys when they are done. I will also post them for sale on my Etsy page.

Until the next time, be well all my spark friends, those I have met already and those I am going to meet along this journey.

    My ex had kidney stones..
I found a recipe on the internet with lemon juice and olive oil that could get them out.

Another thing: I also saw that kidney stones can be prevented by eating enough fibers in vegetable and fruit. He never ate neither fruit nor vegetables so he was a good example of why one can get kidney stones.

I wish you luck and consistency emoticon

I know from experience that pain can indeed make you feel sluggish.

Those beads sound really cool! Looking forward to seeing the pics.
