I hit my goal in Jan 2012 and maintained for quite awhile, unfortunately I thought I had my lifestyle change intact and stopped tracking. After a few personal relationship change and family illness I fell back a bit into old habits of just treating myself. I still went to the gym (not as hard of a workout), and would order french fries once in awhile, eat a bit of dessert a bit more often and take that roll with dinner. It started to add up and i have gained 18 lbs of my original 85 lost back. So that's it! I am stopping that cycle and back on the wagon. When my skinniest clothes started to get a bit tight that was the sign.
I am taking back control and nothing taste's as good as skinny feels (or felt). Met a new man and he likes me just the way I am and also noticed my healthier choices (albeit not all the time) and wants to do the same. So that's nice that there will be no temptation there.
I weighed and logged in and will be tracking. Reading everyone's motivating stories invigorates me to get going. Today I already did a very tough muscle endurance workout for 45 mins which felt really good and tonight golfing (walking the course not riding).
I know how to do this, I can do this and I will!
