I can't believe its Wednesday already! After a hiatus from heavy exercise I am going to zumba class at the gym tomorrow, which I'm kind of happy about. I'll have to take it slightly easy because I'm still having back issues but it's a beginning..
I'm starting the BLC tangerine team challenge tomorrow which looks like a fun way to stay motivated this summer. I don't have a specific weight loss goal - mainly want to get those healthy habits in place so they don't leave the moment I see a brownie or a carton of icecream
On a side note, do peas count as green vegetables? Or is it only spinach, kale, lettuce etc..
