It's Wednesday - midweek thoughts

emoticon I can't believe its Wednesday already! After a hiatus from heavy exercise I am going to zumba class at the gym tomorrow, which I'm kind of happy about. I'll have to take it slightly easy because I'm still having back issues but it's a beginning.. emoticon

I'm starting the BLC tangerine team challenge tomorrow which looks like a fun way to stay motivated this summer. I don't have a specific weight loss goal - mainly want to get those healthy habits in place so they don't leave the moment I see a brownie or a carton of icecream emoticon

On a side note, do peas count as green vegetables? Or is it only spinach, kale, lettuce etc.. emoticon

    I love Zumba also, but right now I am into Hula Hooping. I am always changing exercises to keep it fun. Good luck on the Biggest Loser Challenge. We can do it. emoticon

    I would not call Zumba easy! I didn't last 10 minutes when I tried it! I need to try it again.

    I think any veggie is good but don't think they consider it a green vegetable.

    Mine is chips or anything with salt!!! I am thinking peas would count,,,, hope so I eat enough of them. Good luck with challenge and glad you joined the team!! Yay for tomorrow, go tangerines!!!
