This is my PAWSE
Plan/Prepare for the coming week! This week I plan to take it up a notch I did very well with last weeks plan so here I go again...I plan to get the necessary sleep, nutrition and exercise to make my goal of a 2.5 lb lost this week...I not only met but exceeded last weeks goal of 2.5 with a 3.8 lb lost...I'm going to continue to log food which has been vital...move even more...I had 652 minutes of exercise last week...I'm going to shoot for 700 minutes this week....and instead of 5 to 6 hours of sleep per night I'm going to try to get in 8 this is going to be a challenge all by itself...finally I'm going to stay within my calorie range
My workout will be
Wed....45 min walk 30 ST, 300 step ups
Thurs....Turbulent Twist....90 min walk, 450 step ups
Fri....5k walk & ST.....Hip Hop Abs, 500 step ups
Sat......90 min walk WE Challenge, 600 step ups
Sun.....Weekend Challenge, 800 step ups
Mon....Monday Maneuvers, 90 min walk, 1000 Step ups
Tues.....LCW=variety of workouts
Act....I'm just going to be like Nike and "JUST DO IT"
Write a Blog on the past week! This past week had it's own challenges for example I became ill on Friday and was put in the hospital until Saturday evening with an asthma attack and all I could think about was my weekend challenge...and when will they let me go...I need to get out of here....lol....it slowed me down just a little bit and I must admit worried me that I would gain some weight because of the two week supply of steroids they sent me home with but I overcame this obsticle by working out even harder after taking my breathing treatments of course and staying within the lower end of my calorie range and believing that I can do this and that life happens and will get in the way but you have to push pass it and try harder every day...
Set a goal, both non-scale and scale related for the coming week! My goal for the upcoming week will be to loose 2.5 lbs....my non scale related goal continues to be strength training getting more in....I need to get to those 8 lb weights....
Execute movement the Wild way! I'm always looking for ways to move it move it move today I've already done my walk and half my 300 step ups so I have 150 to do...later I'm going to the store and will park as far away as possible
