Change my plan AGAIN? MEE???

Okay, so here's the deal. I thought I had enough equipment at home to do my Female Body Breakthrough... I was wrong. SO...... I created a way to do workouts similar to the FBB ones that are only using what I have at home. I looked at the FBB workouts more and this was the way they were set up:

WARM UP
1A Core Exercise
1B Core Exercise
REPEAT ABOVE 1-2 TIMES
2A Leg Exercise
2B Arm Exercise
REPEAT ABOVE 1-2 TIMES
3A Leg Exercise
3B Arm Exercise
REPEAT ABOVE 1-2 TIMES
4A Leg Exercise
4B Arm Exercise
REPEAT ABOVE 1-2 TIMES

I can still do the warm-up at home, so I took popsicle sticks and color coded the ends - Pink for core, purple for cardio, blue for legs, yellow for arms. I wrote a different exercise on each stick and put them into a tall mug so I can't see the writing.



These were the sticks I pulled today. I want to integrate cardio into my ST workouts, so I am doing the first 2 exercises, 30 seconds of cardio, second set of first 2 exercises, cardio burst... etc.

I didn't do the warm up this morning, but I completed a 25 minute workout. I really like this approach because it gives me variety. Some of the exercises I don't LOVE but that's the point!

So my progress this week?

Monday - FBB workout (as close as I could get to the gym version)
Tuesday - I was going to do a cardio circuit outside... but it started pouring. So I took the opportunity while I was running errands to speed walk the mall, then did jumping jacks and burpees at home. Got in my 10 minutes at least.
Today - 25 minute circuit training

I think I will work on doing the popsicle stick workouts 5 days a week. My eating is much better this month, so hopefully I will see some results. I started the month right around 140 and I'm currently at 136.6, but I'm sure some of the weight has been water weight. I will be thrilled if I can lose another 2-3lbs before the end of the month!
