We have this wonderful in-the-ground pool that was here when we bought our home 4 years ago. I was never a great swimmer but I always loved the water. I've gotten so much better now with swimming laps and treading water and just enjoying the fun pool games too. Today, I swam 15 laps and treaded water for 10 minutes and had fun walking around the pool and enjoying the sunny day. With exercise that I love and watching my calories on Spark, along with all my Sparker friends, I will be skinnier at the end of this summer than I am now. Wahoo!
