5AM Day 3: I'm Lovin' It!

Sis called this morning and I was already awake! emoticon I think my body is getting more used to the 5am alarm and when I open my eyes though I am tired, I think about how good its going to feel going through the day with energy!

Today was butt day and a lot of the moves were too hard for me to do! Hubby hasn't been to the gym all week so I'm sure he's going to want to go tonight and will probably "drag" me up there so I'm sure I'll have an opportunity to hit it hard-again!

I have still been tracking my food and realized just how many carbs I eat every day! Yesterday I was over by 30 grams. No bueno! I think once I get the 5am streak set my next goal will be to clean up my diet even more.

Tomorrow is my rest day on the Flavalicious program and I don't want to break the 5am streak so I am going to try to do light cardio. I think the whole reason I haven't done morning workouts is because I've always tried cardio and jumping around that early makes me sick to my stomach. Like I've said before, trial and error so I am going to give it a shot.

    Sounds like you are on a good track! Working out in the mornings is hard but once you get moving is so worth it for the whole day!
