Wow, and another 2 lbs gone. This is working great!

I weighed myself on a whim & I lost 2 lbs from yesterday's weigh-in. A bit of experimenting with portions & ratios & now I found what works. I will try and lay off of the scale until next Tuesday's weigh-in. Knowing I am less than 1 lb away from 30 lbs lost ,since April 22nd, is going to be tough not to check my weight in the meantime.

    Not to worry. I am getting enough calories. I work out very hard. I am very athletic. I eat mostly whole foods or with simple ingredients. I was only 2 lbs a week for a while, except my 1st week of training which was a 10lb loss. Not unheard of. My fitness & food logs are open for viewing, but thank you for your concern :)

  Great job, but if you have really lost 30 pounds since April 22, be careful. It is recommended that you lose only 1 1/2 to two pounds a week. It is safer and easier to maintain in the long run. You may be eating too few calories and you won't be able to maintain that for a long time. Your body will object.
