Day 4

Well today is day 4 of eating 30 or less carbs per day. I was beginning to get a little tired of eggs already, I've eaten alot the past few days. Today I roasted a chicken and had that for lunch, it was sooooo good. I packaged up a few meals for me, and am looking for other low carb foods for a change. This is going to be easier than I originally thought. I'm so excited for Sunday to see what the results are. The Dr. who I got the idet from has had such huge successes with his study groups, I'm praying my success is as good. Feeling very positive and encouraged :)
