Back on Track

After taking several weeks off, I'm finally starting to feel much better and I am ready to start my exercise streak back up. I started Turbo Fire up again yesterday and today is day TWO. I felt really good after exercising yesterday, it made me feel really strong. Today I am just really, really sore. Which I guess is to be expected after taking so much time off.

DAY 1 - HIIT 15, STRETCH 10
DAY 2 - FIRE 30, STRETCH 10
