Well, down is down. 0.5 from yesterday. I'll take that. I'll take that all day! Can you imagine if we could lose 1/2 a pound a day? Ok, maybe they do that on The Biggest Loser (which I won't watch because it bothers me that it's so not real-life when you're in a fat camp with trainers and cooks. It depresses me, so why watch it)
So I was looking at my number this morning. 3.4lbs in 11 days. So....could I possibly do another 3lbs between the the 11th and the 22nd and then another 3lbs between the 22nd and July 1st? That would put me at 10.4lbs lost for the month. Hmm...I wonder. Well, I guess we'll soon find out, right? OH I hope I hope I hope I hope. It's funny how you just can't plan for exact numbers. Ok, not funny. It's like a sick lottery!
Breakfast this morning was my egg and cottage cheese concoction (which grosses hubby out hahha) and a coffee. Something small with no carbs, basically, since I'm going out for dimsum today for lunch. At least I hope so. It's raining so the others may not want to go. Darn darn darn! I'm sure someone will go. I love it and it really works for me. I'm sure it's because everything I choose is steamed, high in protein, low carb and pretty low fat (I'm assuming). Dinner will be a big salad or something like that. I always eat light after dimsum just in case.
Exercise today will be floor exercises. I found some great pilates type exercises that target the lower abs and love handles and WOW are they hard. I can sure tell they are targeting that weak area. So I'll do that today as best I can.
I'm out of town tomorrow and on the road for the day so eating will be a challenge. I end up eating too little, believe it or not. BUT the manager is taking me out for lunch tomorrow so that will be a challenge. He likes to eat and eat big and treat and "here have more!" Yikes.
Ah, well, I'm so in the zone I don't think he could knock me off my path if he tried. I love feeling in control.
Oh and one little note - I found a really pretty blouse I had bought and hadn't had a chance to wear yet. It was the tiniest bit snug but I thought it would be ok. Well, I tried it on this morning and it fits like a giant shirt. Too big to look nice. Dammit! I think I'll wear it open and wear a t-shirt under it. It's too nice to just not wear. Hmph.
