SO I have finally decided that pre planning is the only way to go. It is lunch time and I already have my dinner planned as well as my afternoon snack. All I have to do now is measure it, cook it and eat it!
I know that if I only eat what I have already logged I will stay in range.
Now this is pretty straight forward during summer break, but how am I gonna do that once school is back in and life gets crazy. Time to start thinking.....
