The main purpose of this blog is to share a few goals and a picture of Keiton taken while walking this.

1. drink 8 glasses of water daily.
2. exercise or walk at least 30 minutes a day.
3. Make meals healthier and incorporate fresh fruits and veggies everyday.
4. If item is not healthy...Share it instead of wearing it!
It feels great to accept a challenge that can be created to suit our own needs!
