I'm in the Rookie 5k running program here at Spark People, and I'm on week 5. The 5k that I registered for is run through a park that has rolling hills, so I've found a place that I can walk/run that has some hills. I love the hills, they are tough, but during a race, you have to take them as they come. It actually makes my running on the flatter areas even better.
