    Everyone has to find what works for them about the eating plan. I like to plan 3 good healthy meals and two small snacks. Whish you luck. I know how you feel about making sure your hair is the way you want it. If I don't have my hair cut ands styled and keep it up I get really out of sore. (lOL) Good luck with the testing at the doctor emoticon

  I am so glad to see you back! Your videos are always motivating to me! I find eating more smaller meals difficult ( I end up eating 5 meals instead of normal 3)! Great job!

    that's why I don't like snacking/ small meals all day long because I feel like I'm chained to food duty all the while. three meals, clap my hands deal is done.
