Had a big presentation to give this morning at our networking group! Hit a home run. Prepared, practised and made it interesting.

Although I struggle with weight loss and keeping it off...I am making strides in other areas of my life. I finally painted out bedroom after 25 years and making my sleeping environment a pleasing place to rest.

Able to prepare and speak to a group...Coherently and hold interest...getting better at it.

So as Spark Guy said this am on SparkCoach...even if we aren't seeing the weight loss there are other things to clothes are feeling looser....there are other markers to look at.

I am accomplishing goals I have set for myself. Just need to keep going - keep learning and growing - exercising and becoming all God has planned for me to be!

Sparkpeople is for improving every area of our lives not just weight loss.

Also when we start on this journey of losing weight that means more examination of who and what we are and we start improving in all and other areas of our life.

When we lose weight the first place we will notice this is in our clothes and then the scale starts to go down. Our clothes will fit better and eventually have to be replaced with smaller ones before the numbers on the scale really start jumping down ward. Just never give up or quit.
