Logging miles..

Wednesday, June 12, 2013

Nothing exciting here.. well, semi- sorta- maybe-exciting, kinda, but not really.

1.7 miles run last night in 25 minutes. Draggy-slow, but done and accomplished. I was out with my Bubbie-dog and he's as out of shape as I am. We had to back-track to avoid a few big neighborhood dogs that could eat him in one gulp, and we had a few more walk intervals than run intervals, but that's alright. It was humid and overcast, which was just fine by me. We ran with my Garmin and no music.

1.7 miles. Done.
It's a start.

Love it!! Also, I'm deeply envious you have a dog you can run with, that won't dislocate your shoulder if he sees something more exciting in another direction! emoticon

Congrats, Lady!

That is exciting! Good for you! I did my running on my treadmill. Not as fun as being outside, but since there was a show I really wanted to watch on tv, I was able to kill two birds with one stone.
