Week 24 - Reflection Wednesday

emoticon Finished my run this morning 4.06 miles in 40:31 minutes. Thatís an average pace of 9:58 per mile. I must have had the wind at my back when going downhill.

What is your weight today? 149.6

Did you lose, gain, or maintain? Why? Lost 3.4lbs

What have you done well? I really pushed it during my workouts and really tried to change something at every session. Increase intensity, duration, weights, reps or sets. Foodwise Ė I tried the best I could to stick to the carb/protein ratio recommended to me and limit my fruits

What could you have done better? My eating can ALWAYS be better.

What changes will you make so that you can be more successful during the rest of this round? Preplan my dayís meals in the morning of and make sure that my carb:protein is 1:1 and make any necessary changes to make it so. Workouts Ė Iím going to look up different toning exercises that I can do at home that incorporate the BOSU ball that I have. I really would like to work on my stability and strengthen my core doing something other than crunches.

✶How many days did you track your food? Stay in range? I tracked my food everyday. As far as staying in range, Iím not focused on calories per se. Iím more interested in the whole carb/protein ratio BUT if I feel like my calories are too high, I will make adjustments. I seem to be staying below 2000 calories so Iím ok with that. Once I start seeing 2000 on multiple days, then I will make sure that the next few days are around 1600-1700.
