Yesterday I read a few different clean eating blogs and have some new ideas to try. The lady in one said she aims for her ideal weight (for me 130) x's 10 plus 300 cal for sedentary or 500-800 depending on how active you are and then divides it by however many meals (for her it was 6 small meals) you have each day and that told her how much she could have for each meal and then she tried to do 1g of protein for every lb that she weighed so each snack/meal had at least some protein in it. She posted her progress from post baby-17 mo later and it was pretty impressive I'm trying to write out a meal plan that would follow those general guidelines and be as clean as possible but I know getting that much protein in will be a struggle for me. My goal will be to have a weeks worth of meals and snacks planned out by monday.

am snack- apple
l-chicken breast, corn, watermelon & an oatmeal cookie
d-2.5 slices frozen pizza & cantaloupe
pm snack- colby jack cheese cubes
workout- burn circuit 2 dvd
