Good Morning!! I have a Challenge for you guys today. DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR YOURSELF! Skip the morning doughnut, skip the late night ice cream, or press in a little harder at the gym. Every little change makes a difference in your over all health, you may not see the results from it today but I promise in the long run your body will thank you!

    WILDXANGELS, I did have some ice cream last night and will not tonight. I did 58 fitness minutes before 6:15 a.m. this Monday morning. So maybe I should do an extra ten fitness minutes this evening. Okay!

    lovely idea! - I turned down a miniature candy bar at the hospital this morning (they had a whole bowl sitting there for patients and visitors!) I was rather proud of myself emoticon
