Goals For Today

Eat Well and Log every bite --- I am off the RAILS thanks to my husband having oral surgery. Suddenly, he can't eat grilled chicken salad and for some reason, I think that means we should eat chicken and rice, pasta and all of the kryptonite foods that get the best of me. SO, it is time to knock that off and get back to cleaner eating.
Find time to power nap.....I have an insomniac daughter and that means my sleep is seriously disrupted. She is in a bad phase right now and I am exhausted. Fortunately, I can really do well with a 20 minute nap. So, I am going to do it and not feel guilty.
Make a date with Leslie Sansone. I am going to get a minimum of 2 miles done after work today. And I am going to do those two miles on the 3 mile DVD so I can do 3 if possible.
And that is all. I am going to take those three little steps and get through today, exhausted and bloated and wanting to cry. And it will be enough to make tomorrow better.
