The last two weeks were - interesting. After I lost the initial 5 pounds of glycogen and water, I was sitting at the same weight for the rest of the time. The scale did not budge until this morning, the first day of Phase 2. It's nice to see the reward of being disciplined. Today I celebrated with oatmeal and fresh strawberries from my garden. I'm just hoping my body is not greedily glomming on to the carbs and pasting them back on my waist. On the other hand, now I have fuel to burn; time to face Cammy the Cruel at the gym tonight!

I shouldn't call her that - she's a good instructor, just really tough.

    LOL - she's one of those who go "almost done, ladies, only fifty more leg lifts... and get those knees up, up, and now jump..." you get the picture :)
