week 1, Day 3

What a long and busy day yesterday!!.. But woohoo, tracked all my food, drank my water and got in 10 minutes of aerobics. Another good day for making progress in my journey. It is days like this that will get me where I want to go. I just have to keep this up day after day and pretty soon I will be seeing progress where on want to, in how my clothes fit. My first goal as far as that goes is this, the jeans I used to be able to wear are hanging in the front of the closet, and on the days where we are allowed to wear jeans to work, I want to be able to wear jeans like everyone else. Right now I can put them on, but no way I could wear them sitting down all day, and when I get to wear them I will be rocking my bright orange Sparkpeople T-shirt!!!

I know the feeling about the jeans, I also have jeans just like that some I could sit with but not eat and sit.
