Last night I went to bed hungry. No way was I going to exceed my calories for the day. Nope, NO WAY! I promised myself that, if still famished at the stroke of midnight (and the new day, don't ya know!....games! can be useful) I'd get up and eat. As luck would be mine, I fell asleep for the night.
Gorgeous morning! I finished the last book I'd borrowed from SIL....just in time to return them all to her when she arrives on Thursday. My last read, "Gilead' won the Pulitizer Prize for Fiction. It was full of reflective nuggets.
I don't sit grandbaby today. With that, out goes my discipline, thinking I have the whole day for "this or that." It usually gets me into more trouble than I can be master over with my walking, eating, client work or "what have you."
Still a gorgeous sunny cool morning to savor.
Plans a plenty and 2 non sitting days to begin attacking the list (yes, despite my crankiness over lists, I do on rare occasion have one going to use to focus myself)
"just do it"...all of it....where does it begin, and where or where does it all stop?
