I have been successful for five weeks...I worked out in ten minute increments daily (because who can't do ten minutes! And then ten leads to twenty or thirty)...but I started slipping last week...I got in just my ten minutes....then I started getting tired...this week...ZERO minutes and its Wednesday already! What is wrong with me!?!
Nothing is wrong with me! It's OK...because I know that this is a temporary slump! I know that exercising gives me energy so is a great antidote for being tired! I have an hour and forty five minutes until I leave for work...lots of time to do ten or fifteen minutes and get back on track!
Thanks for reading! Tomorrow will be a better blog because I will be making today a better day! Ten minutes is doable!!!
