100 days on plan - Day 30!

Hey, hey, hey! I did it! 30 days on track! Woo Hoo!

It wasn't easy getting started again. It even wasn't easy coming back to SparkPeople. I was feeling pretty low, like I failed the person I'd become, a strong warrior with lots of passion for helping others.

Then lots of stresses happened to me in my life, which equated to less exercise and more eating. I didn't learn how to handle stress in my life. I felt sad and alone in this dilemma, even though I have a wonderful husband. In any event, it was enough of a turnaround to make me feel like a total failure.

Well, thanks to SparkPeople and wonderful SparkPeople friends, I feel like things are a lot better now. I'm slowly getting back to where I was. I'm feeling stronger. Thank you!
