I reviewed my data for 1 month on SP. The day I went gluten free and all days after are the only days that matter right now. I see that I have too many carbs on most days and not enough protein. I have the recommended amount of fat almost every day though. I try not to go over 1305 calories, because that's what I manually calculated for my daily calorie intake since all these different websites and apps were giving me different numbers. I only went over those calories 2 days in a row. I normally stay below 1305 calories so I can lose weight. Apparently you need a calorie deficit to lose weight. I try to hover at 1200 calories, 1190 on some days, a little more on others. My fiber stays steadily below the recommended intake, between 12 and 19g per day on average. Lately it's been 20-22g but not 25 or over yet. I've lost 2 inches from my bust, waist and hips. And I've lost 6 pounds in 1 month! Awesome!
So now I'm going to lower the carb count to about 180g a day and see how I do not exceeding that, and also I'm going to try increasing my fiber intake to reach 25g per day and increasing my protein.
As for how I'm doing based on my 118 weight goal date for SP, SP says I should be 129 pounds by tomorrow. I doubt that will happen, but 2 pounds off isn't that bad. Til Saturday.
