I need sleep

Monday night I didn't sleep at all and last night I only got about 5 hours of sleep. I'm so exhausted this morning. I could sleep for a week. Motivation is totally down the toilet. Eating is awful and exercise isn't happening. I just don't know where all my motivation and spirit went to. I was so doing this for me...doing it for all the right reasons too.

    Lack of sleep is so hard on us and definitely effects all areas of our lives! I sure hope you can get some much needed sleep and let your brain do what it needs to do refire your engine! :) Keep on keeping on!!!

    Trying to stay motivated when you are not getting enough sleep is not easy. One of best Bible verses when I feel down is "It came to pass". To me this means that no matter how hard it is today, it will pass. I hope this passes for you soon. emoticon

    Take a long nap....once you get some sleep your motivation will come back to you.....

    You can do it, I know you can, and I am proud of you.....

    Hang in there, get some sleep so you can wake up and make it a fresh start...

    C'om Granny - just 10 minutes - take a walk. How about sitting in the tub or standing under the shower for 5 minutes meditating emoticon .

    It is hard when you are tired. Keep pressing! Maybe if you do more exercise, you can get some sleep!

    Keeping motivated is hard when you are feeling down or just plain tired.

    I don't get more than 5 hours a night and have only done so when I am ill. So, I have found the best way to deal with it is to go for a walk.

    Don't give up, look back on what you have done just think how you got those 7000+ point.
