Early Birds!

This is so true, especially for me...I found out during one of my 30 days of exercise challenges (to myself) that the days I missed my morning workout, I was like a piece of wood during any post dinner workouts...I just can't move physically and mentally as well. Couple of my friends say the same...

So I will continue to battle the mind to "just get er done" in the morning. I also know when I start, I'm 99% of the time glad I did!

    I'm so overwhelmed right now I have no time for exercise, sparkpeople, or anything other than work, work, work, LOL.

    For me, I exercise in the early morning during the summer to beat the heat. The rest of the year I like exercising before lunch. I can certainly understand the sentiment of getting it done. It's amazing how a day fills up with things to do. emoticon

    It is a rare day that I wake up alert enough to workout early; however, I do try to get a "start me up walk" sometime in the morning.
