This is so true, especially for me...I found out during one of my 30 days of exercise challenges (to myself) that the days I missed my morning workout, I was like a piece of wood during any post dinner workouts...I just can't move physically and mentally as well. Couple of my friends say the same...
So I will continue to battle the mind to "just get er done" in the morning. I also know when I start, I'm 99% of the time glad I did!
