That feeling when the scale fakes a plateau!

Today is my weigh in day...I've been very consistent this week, eating on average 1450 cal and exercising 4 days out of the 7. I literarily set myself up for success. Soooo as I climb on the scale this morning, convinced to see some results...I'm in shock!! THE SAME 85.6 kgOF LAST WEEK...I really can't believe it, not even 100g ?! emoticon
I remove my shower cap, in hopes I would at least see that 100g gone..SURPRISE: it's 700g that vanish. I think to myself "THIS THING CAN'T WEIGH 700g, NO WAY". I put it back on, climb back on the scale...And there you go again: 84.9kg emoticon
My scale had just tricked a plateau...SILLY, silly scale! emoticon emoticon

P.S: I don't forget there are other rewards than the scale's however I'm happy to be under85kg...hopefully NEVER AGAIN!

    LOVE IT I DO MY EXERCISES RIGHT AFTER BREAKFAST A HABIT AND A GOOD ONE THEN THEY ARE DONE NO EXCUSES ON GOOD THING I HAVE BEEN DOING FOR YEARS NOW. WE CAN DO THIS ONE STEP AND ONE DAY AT A TIME.
