Fighting fit... Or fighting a cold?

Hey, made it to day 2! Yay! But woken up with a cold which is not so great - will power is always low when I'm tired and full of cold.

The plus side though is that I had some lovely fruit and made a great dinner with portobello mushrooms and a little bit of Stilton cheese. Delicious.

I love playing with recipes and especially love Tuesdays when it's only me I cook for me and can make what I like.

Right, need to focus on work!
