Water intake has been difficult for me as I just have not been thirsty, but I nailed it two days in a row! YaHoo! I almost didn’t get in the second half of my ST, but I did it after everyone was a sleep! BAM! Where there's a will, there's a way! I made it! Now, repeat again!

64 oz water emoticon
Low cal and low carb day emoticon

Wednesday’s Goals:
10 mins Kettlebell Super Conditioning program
64 oz water
Low cal, low carb, and clean eats
