I have lost from 188 to 182 so six pounds in almost a month. Great. I would like it to have been more like 10 but I knew I was weight loss resistant. I have to really focus on staying on the medifast program. I miss cooking but I have to say I am not starving and eating many times a day does seem to make me feel better I don't have those energy swings.
I have to lose 47 pounds just to be not overweight I would really like to get to 125 which was my weight when I came out of the service that is 57 pounds. No WONDER my knees hurt. I have been in total denial about how heavy I am. Just figured chunky not OBESE. I am adding more exercise into my program. Been doing 1/2 hour of exercise bike will add kettle bells tomorrow. God willing : )
