I'm just now getting around to doing all of this, but better late than never =]
I'm starting off with Blogilates, which if you like pilates and mainstream pop music.. you will loveee these videos; I'm doing Cassey's 4 week plan. I can tell I'm so out of shape because I could barely do the first video (Blogilates for Beginners: Total Body) and now just mere hours later my abs are burning. Which is awesome, but bums me out that I'm SO out of shape.
My main predicament lately is the face that my car is not working. Now you're probably like, wth does your car have to do with losing weight?? I'll tell you.
With my car being in the shop, my mom is now not only having to do the commute to two different schools to take my brother and sister to school then to work, she now has to pick me up and take me to work, turn back around, pick up my brother and sister, drop them off go back to work, then pick me up from work. Mind you, I work 30 mins away from where we live and where she works... yah that's a hell of a daily commute. So neither really has time to cook or grocery shop for healthy food. Unfortunately, we've been fast fooding it for like the past 2 months. So I feel like any exercise I do is wasted.
I'm gonna get up early tomorrow and make a grocery list for her and see if she's able to go after she drops me off at work. Because I would really like to feel a little more confident when Ty get's here =] Oh and to not be super sore from workouts haha.
