Well, I had aimed for 10,000 steps today, but I only walked 7,610 steps. One reason I didn't reach my goal was that my daughter came home from school sick, so instead of going for an evening walk with the dog, I hung out with my teenager who was feeling miserable.
Yes, I wanted to achieve my goal, but at the same time my child needed me. So, I feel okay about it. 75% is not great, but it is not failing! It's a C+.
For tomorrow, Wednesday, June 12, I will stay in my calorie range.
