back to eating today it was a good a day! i prepped and ate healthy all day!
breakfast: 4 egg whites + 1/4 avocado + apple + beet/carrot/apple juice + green tea
lunch: salad! 1c chickpeas+cucumber+onion+mush+
swiss cheese+1/4 avocado+garlic vinaigrette+WATER
dinner: roti pizza! broccoli + mushrooms + grape tomatoes + 2tb goat cheese + 4tb hummus + cheddar
water water water water! i probably drank my weight in water today which is a good thing!
after work i came home and cleaned from 5- RIGHT NOW 10pm. i am pooped! i'm treating myself (bad i know but i still have 250calories left today) to a small glass of champagne! i
i want to wake up early tomorrow morning and either do Insanity or go to the gym! i'm just not in the mood for yoga.
my best friend comes into town tomorrow night i am very excited he will be here until sunday so we are just going to hang around and on saturday we are all going to the mother mother concert woohooo!! i also have the engagement dinner tomorrow night and i'm not going to lie i am excited to have myself a glass of wine with the bride to be and get all the details! okay gotta go deadliest catch is on before i hit the hay!
