day 2 - meh

meh day. didn't get 5k at work. again with the excuses etc. Overslept this morning so I took a short lunch to make up for it. got 3500 though, which was better than yesterday .... i think. hit 5k putzing around my house tonight, so that's not bad. But this is an odd week for me anyway.

Did track everything. oops, wait, i forgot about those pretzels. Gonna go track them now and then I can say I did one of two! ;)

    Every effort adds up, even if it seems slow going. It is very hard to be active at an office job. Way to go, tracking! I find the cold hard numbers from fit bit do really help. If I have only burned 1400 calories and eaten 1300 it is pretty easy to talk myself out of a scoop of ice cream! My small choices are working and I feel less fat and happier with my body, so I know it is possible! emoticon

    Hang in there! Keep putting one foot in front of the other and those steps will add up. I need to work on upping my steps too.
