Well, much to my delight, today is day two under my belt of being 100% on track with eating and exercise. Did my Turbo Jam again this morning, and then decided to swim again after work. Probably gonna even swim again tomorrow. I figure it gets me and the kiddo out of the house, plus there's the whole exercise bonus I'm getting on it. I generally avoid the pool like the plague because I'm humiliated to be seen in my bathing suit. But I'm trying to get over that fear, because being in the pool is one of the things that's gonna help me lose weight and look better in a NEW suit!
I think I might actually be doing a little too good with my calorie counting, lol. After dinner I ended up with 335 leftover calories. Whoopsie! Sooo my dessert turned into more of a snack.. I had a mini ice cream sandwich and a dark chocolate square, and then strawberries, watermelon, and a banana. Finally done eating for today. It's kind of funny, when I'm off track and I think of eating healthy, I think that I'll never be able to eat enough to feel full. When I am on track, I feel like I'm constantly eating, and I'm generally not wrecked with hunger.
I'm also really tired. I'm trying to get back on the path of early to bed/early to rise (which in my world means going to sleep no later than 10:30 and getting up around 630-7) because I feel like when I do that, I fall asleep easier and sleep longer. It's a hard habit to get back into, but when I do it, I feel so much better.
I did have a proud moment today, I packed my own lunch to bring to work, and I ate it. This may not seem not much, but I work in a Target that has both a Starbucks and a Cafe that has DELICIOUS food... You can probably see the problem I have here, haha.
