So today I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes, took the dog on 2 walks and played with my youngest on the playground! I also stayed with in range in my calories, fat, carbs and got in enough protein. Oh and did I mention I drank 8 glasses of water....yeah good day.
I feel so much better knowing I was in control today.
Now off to bed and do it again tomorrow.
