Bad two days

I have to write this blog because seeing it in writing will help. I have had the last two days off from work, but other than some strength yesterday morning- I have done nothing for exercise and haven't tracked my food. I had been doing great with the exercise and tracking, but just had no motivation for the last two days. So tomorrow, June 11,2013- back on track and back to exercise-recording everything I eat. (NO KFC).
Done beating myself up- tomorrow is a new start. I can do it because I want to be in the 160's by the end of July.

    I think we all take a "vacation" from tracking. And for me exercising. YOU can turn this around just by doing what you are doing.....getting back on track. Good for YOU not letting these two days turn into more. YOU are worth the effort emoticon emoticon
