I'm coming back to SparkPeople after a long break. My son has taken up so much of my time, but I've been able to get fit with a new nutritional program I started 6 months ago. The first time around I was able to drop the weight through calorie counting and going to the gym 3 times a week. This time, I've been using A nutritional system of shakes and cleanse and getting in activity where I can and I'm almost back to my lowest weight. I feel great and want to encourage others on their journey to a healthier life!
