When they say that work outs don't have to be in a gym or with a dvd, and can be fun, they are absolutely right. Tonight we took Summer to a new dog park. It was the one I lost my fitbit in, but found it.
The place is huge with a trail for walking around it and there are all sorts of hills to walk up and down. First we went walking on the trail
, then we played frisbee
(this is as close as I could get to a frisbee), after that I just walked the park and up and down the hills. We stayed for 90 minutes and I burned over 500 calories and went over 10,000 steps.

This is just an absolutely huge, beautiful park and they are not done yet. There were over 20 dogs there when we got there, but it is so big we just found our own spot. Everyone gathers by the entrances, we went way up on the hill and stayed to ourselves. Frisbee is quite the workout as are the hills ;)
