The Exercise Challenge this week is do sets of bicep/tricep workouts per day for 7 days in addition to regular workout program.
The Food Challenge is eat at least one fruit per day. Try for a gallon a day, but drink at least 8 GLASSES of water per day.
60 Minutes of cardio
Eat one fruit
Accountability with meals
Drink 1 gallon water or at least 8 glasses of water
